CLIENT GUIDELINES
Preparing For Your Real Estate Media Shoot
Ensure your property looks its absolute best online and your media is delivered without delay by following these essential shoot-day guidelines.
The Division of Labor: Staging vs. Photography
A professional real estate photographer is a master of technical execution, focusing on:
-
Wide-angle perspectives
-
HDR lighting
-
Vertical line correction
-
Crisp digital editing
Photographers are not stagers, cleaners, or movers
STRICT SCHEDULES
Our creators operate on back-to-back daily appointments. They do not have the time allocation to clear rooms, dust surfaces, or organize clutter.
LIABILITY RESTRICTIONS
For the safety of your home and personal items, photographers are legally restricted from moving any furniture, decor, or personal belongings.
The property must be 100% camera-ready before the photographer's scheduled arrival window. Areas that are not prepared will be photographed 'as-is' or skipped entirely.
To ensure every room in your home looks its absolute best in the spotlight, please have everything camera-ready by the time our photographer arrives. Being fully prepared allows us to focus entirely on capturing those perfect, high-impact shots that will make your property truly shine online!
